Frequently Asked Questions
The below questions will help you understand what it is and how it works.
What is Inijo Go?
1. Is Injio Go an intranet template?
No. While we do provide a pre-built intranet template with recommended menu items and pages, Injio Go is a service that delivers ongoing benefits and enhancements for a monthly cost
2. How much does it cost?
Injio Go has been designed as an affordable solution. There is a monthly cost to access the platform, plus potential project costs for any assistance that you may require to configure the design for your organisation. Please speak to your IT service provider for costings specific to your organisation’s needs
3. Do Injio Go users need a Microsoft Licence?
Yes. To use Injio Go, you must have already purchased a set of Microsoft 365 licenses that includes SharePoint for each of employee. Injio Go does not support Microsoft guest access.
How Does it Work?
4. How is it installed?
Installing Injio Go is fast and easy. We will send an email with a link to the installation portal. You or your IT service provider will then log in using your global Microsoft admin credentials and enter the website address of where the intranet will be installed. And that’s it! Once Injio Go has been installed, you can start updating the content and design
5. Where does it sit? Will I lose my data?
Injio Go sits 100% within your environment and is underscored by Microsoft’s robust, secure and innovative infrastructure. Your data remains yours even if you stop using Injio Go.
6. How will Injio Go become my intranet?
The template you receive will not be blank, it will be very similar to the demonstration site with menus, pages, content and images set up already. You can then change the branding, colours, page names, and content to reflect your business needs
We will provide you with support materials to help you manage this process effectively.
7. Do I need to know how to use SharePoint?
It definitely helps to have a working knowledge of SharePoint if you are using it to store your organisation’s documents and information. While SharePoint online is fairly intuitive, and we can provide you with detailed documentation on using and editing Injio Go web parts, if you don’t have anyone internally who has SharePoint admin experience, you will probably need some assistance. Your options include:
1) Some SharePoint ability: SharePoint modern is an intuitive platform, and we will provide a comprehensive manual to help you add your branding and colours, create pages, tweak modules and update images.
2) Minimal technical ability + your IT provider can help: We are happy to work with your MSP, just reach out and connect us.
3) Minimal technical ability + your IT provider cannot help : The creators of Inijo Go can assist with this.

8. Why can’t I just build my own intranet in SharePoint?
While creating pages in SharePoint modern is straightforward, building an intranet is a more complex process and many of our clients simply don’t have the time or expertise to get it done in a reasonable period. There is also the challenge of integrating your Active Directory and documents plus search refiners and social capabilities. The likelihood is you will either just never get to it, or you could potentially put something together but not be 100% happy with it, and then getting your staff to use it would be challenging.
9. Who built Injio Go?
Injio Go was designed and built by WebVine, an Australian SharePoint and Microsoft 365 consulting company. WebVine have been delivering intranets to organisations within Australia and internationally since 2010. Injio Go is based on a more comprehensive intranet that is used by larger organisations such as Richard Crookes, Kennards, Hearing Australia, Santos and Renewal SA.
10. Who will provide support if something goes wrong?
If you experience issues using your new intranet, the first port of call is your IT Service Provider. If the issue turns out to be on the Injio Go platform, WebVine will resolve the issue and release an update in collaboration with each client and their IT Service Provider.
